The Tri-County Community College Wellness Committee needs your help!
In an effort to engage students and interested community members in learning about healthy decisions and choices, we have developed a “Tobacco Use” Survey.
You may access a printed version of this form here or in class. Please fill in the blanks with pen/pencil and return to your instructor. You may also click here to view an online version of the survey.
We ask that you complete the survey one time only.
You may complete the survey from now - February 14. Your time and effort in completing this survey is greatly appreciated!
Attention Financial Aid Students:
Students who register for second eight week classes and receive financial aid will not receive funding for those classes until approximately 4-5 weeks after they have started. Federal guidelines state that students cannot receive Pell Grant/Loan funds for classes until those classes have begun and class attendance has been taken. For more information, contact the Financial Aid Office at (828) 837-6810.
