Nurse Aide Instructor (Full-time)
Qualifications: Current unrestricted NC Registered Nurse License Required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Preferred.  Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse required.  Experience teaching adults or supervising of nurse aides required.
Basic Purpose of Position:  To teach Nurse Aide I and II, Geriatric Aide, and Personal Care Aide classes, maintain clinical lab to Department of Facility Services and Board of Nursing standards, attend quarterly meetings in Western North Carolina, and maintain all necessary state, federal, and student records.
Salary Range: In accordance with the College's Compensation Plan.
Work Schedule: This is a 40-hour per week position and will require some flexibility in working hours and locations including some evenings and weekend classes.
Proposed Hiring Date: As soon as possible. A six-month probationary period is required by college policy.

Part-time Real Estate Instructor to teach pre & post licensing courses
Qualifications required:
A current North Carolina real estate broker license that is not on provisional status;
A current continuing education record;
Three years active full-time experience in general real estate brokerage, including substantial experience in real estate sales and at least one year of general brokerage experience in North Carolina, within the previous seven years; and
60 semester hours of college-level education at an institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or any other college accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Applicant must meet all conditions and approval set forth by NCREC.
