Real Estate Provisional Broker
This course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a provisional broker and is designed to prepare the student to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws. This course is the first of three courses designed to assist the provisional broker to meet the 90-hour post-licensing educational requirement set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This course consists of a high-level advance instruction governing Agency relationships and duties to principals and third parties, working with sellers and buyers.
