Constitution Day
All educational institutions receiving federal funding must provide an educational program pertaining to the United States Constitution on September 17 of each year commemorating the September 17, 1787, signing of the Constitution. However, when September 17 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, Constitution Day shall be held during the preceding or following week. Drug and Alcohol Abuse Information

Educational Outcomes
Educational outcomes, including completion, graduation, and transfer are maintained in the IPEDS section of the National Center for Educational Statistics. These statistics can be found here. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
This act protects the privacy of educational records, establishes the rights of students to inspect and review their educational records, and provides guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings. Federal information on the FERPA Act as it relates to students can be found here.  Students who wish to access their records, who seek the correction of inaccurate data, or who have complaints regarding access to and the content of their records should follow the grievance procedure contained in found on the College website at Student Rights and Policies.Students also have the right to file complaints with the Family Policy Compliance Office concerning alleged failures by the college to comply with the Act.

Gainful Employment Information
Federal Regulations require institutions to report certain information about students who enrolled in Title IV eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (so-called Gainful Employment programs). These particular programs are selected to their program length; associate degree or transfer programs are not reported. Information on these certificate and diploma programs can be found on our website at Gainful Employment.
