Tri-County Community College (TCCC) held its annual 9/11 Ceremony on Friday, September 11, 2015.

More than 75 students, faculty, staff, and community members gathered around the flagpole in front of the McSwain Building on the Main Campus at 9:00 a.m. to commemorate the fourteenth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Dr. Donna Tipton-Rogers, president of Tri-County Community College welcomed the crowd and thanked everyone for attending.

Bo Gray, vice president for College and Community Initiatives summarized the events of the day and spoke about the display of steel that was presented to TCCC to memorialize and honor those who died on September 11, 2001.

Mr. Gray concluded the ceremony with the United States national anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner after a brief moment of silence.
