Housed in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, and boasting a dazzling array of stainless steel stoves, ovens and high-tech kitchen gadgets, the Culinary Arts Program is ready to train the next wave of culinary greats.
Even if you have your sights set on being a short-order cook, you can learn to be the best cook you can be under the tutelage of Master Chef Greg Spencer, director of the program.
A former Executive Chef at multiple North Carolina locations, as well as a gold medal winner at the North and South Carolina culinary competition, Chef Greg brings passion and a wealth of experience to the table. He is particularly happy to be building a program from scratch.
“It gives me the flexibility to build up a program to the high standards I expect from my culinary students,” said Chef Greg. “It is my goal to build the best culinary arts program in the country.”
