A new year means a fresh start at Tri-County Community College (TCCC), where registration is now open for new and returning students.
The early registration period for the 2016 Spring Semester affords students the opportunity to gain a head start on their resolution for the New Year.
In the coming Spring, TCCC offers a wide variety of courses ranging from training in Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, or Welding to pursuing a degree in Nursing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
“We want students to have as much time as possible to apply to the College and prepare for registration,” said Dr. Donna Tipton-Rogers, president of TCCC. “For new students, who may need advising, the early registration period is an excellent opportunity to meet with an advisor and the enrollment specialist team.”
Whether a student wants to jumpstart a new career, transfer to a four-year institution, or try a new program of interest there is no better time than now.
Classes for the Spring Semester begin Thursday, January 7, giving students ample time to prepare for their future at TCCC.
Students can seek advising help, enroll, or apply at the Harper Help Desk at the Main Campus in Peachtree, or the Shope Building at the TCCC Graham County Center in Robbinsville, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Currently enrolled students may also complete their registration using WebAdvisor.
For more information, students can find online resources at www.tricountycc.edu, or call (828) 837-6810 or (828) 479-9256.
Being prepared is the best way to begin the New Year at Tri-County Community College and strive to achieve those resolutions for change.
