golf 3 The Tri-County Community College (TCCC) Foundation will be hosting its 7th Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 27, at The Ridges in Hayesville. This event is open to the public, so golfers are invited to form their own teams and enjoy friendly competition with other groups.

The Four-Person, Best-Ball, Shotgun-Start tournament will have over $3,800 in prizes for participants to claim. The registration fee will be $99 per person, which includes greens fees and a cart on the day of the tournament. Golfers will tee off at 9:00 a.m. after a complimentary breakfast buffet provided by The Ridges.

There is a limit to the number of teams that can participate in this tournament, so participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register.

All proceeds from the golf tournament will go to support the TCCC Foundation’s Unrestricted Fund, which supports college and community-based events and projects.

The TCCC Foundation is a non-profit organization that is governed by a Board of Directors representing the College’s service area. The Foundation strives to support the College and its students by providing the resources needed for success, and fostering strong community partnerships.

A wide range of projects are supported by the Foundation including the Children’s Theatre, student scholarships, financial assistance to student honor societies, workforce development projects, memorial gifts, planned giving, and the Annual Golf Tournament and Fishing for Scholarships Tournament.
