Career Center

Career planning services are offered during scheduled hours. The Center offers a variety of resources designed to assist individuals who are at any stage of the career planning process. Career counseling and various assessment tools are used to help you explore personal interests, abilities, personality and work values in evaluating appropriate career choices. Resources from the career library, located in the Career Center, include career development computer software, books and other printed material on specific careers, training opportunities and job search skills. Workshops and seminars also serve to meet career planning needs and are scheduled throughout the year on various career-related topics.

The Employment Security Commission provides employment and job placement services as well as information and documentation about the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA).
