Tri-County Community College (TCCC) partners with BankMobile® to bring a new method for receiving your financial aid refunds and managing money to all TCCC students.
What does this mean for students?
It means more choices for managing your money and receiving Financial Aid refunds! Our partnership with BankMobile® ensures faster delivery of the refund money we may have for you; and smarter ways to manage that money.
Why did we make this change?
We’ve made the switch to BankMobile’s services to simplify your life and your finances, and to free up our administrative staff so they have more time to focus on serving you, the student. Not to mention, BankMobile® offers a number of choices for refund delivery and a great variety of accounts designed with you in mind.
What do students need to do?
Make sure we have your current mailing address! Here’s how:
Pick-up an Address & Phone Change Request form at the Harper Help Desk (main campus), the Shope Building (Graham County Center), or download one here, complete it, and return it by:
Be sure to update your address with the US Postal service as well to avoid delays
Then, look for the bright green envelope from BankMobile®! Once it arrives, you’ll simply visit www.refundselection.com to select your refund preference. A choice is required so please choose the option that best fits you and be sure to get started as soon as it arrives! Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund, we may have money for you in the future, so don’t wait to select your refund preference.
