Credit Card Payments

All students are encouraged to pay for their classes by one of two ways:

  • Pay online using Self Service with a valid credit or debit card, or
  • Visit the Business Office located in the Harper Building and pay in person. The Business Office accepts cash, check or money order made payable to Tri-County Community College, or a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MC, Discover, or American Express).

Because of privacy and security concerns, TCCC discourages students from paying amounts due using credit cards over the phone. However, TCCC understands that in rare circumstances, students will not be able to pay the amount they owe using the two methods discussed above. In those circumstances, students may call the Business Office to discuss other methods of payment or click here to download the Credit Card Authorization form.

BE AWARE OF ALL PAYMENT DEADLINES! Remember that if financial award is not verified or payment is not made by posted deadlines, students will lose their seats and will be required to re-register during the Drop/Add period.
