Part-time Positions:

Fall 2018 Instructor Positions  (Part-time)

 

History Instructor (Graham County Center – Day Classes)

Part-time

Requirements include a Master’s degree with 18 hours in the discipline.  Minimum of one year teaching experience in community college setting preferred.

 

Real Estate Instructor

Part-time

Qualifications required:

• A current North Carolina real estate broker license that is not on provisional status;

• A current continuing education record;

• 60 semester hours of college-level education at an institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or any other college accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Applicants must meet all conditions and approval set forth by NCREC, including the following:

Two (2) years of active real estate brokerage experience (one year in NC), within the past 7 years; or

Three years as an instructor at a secondary or post-secondary school; or

Be an approved Prelicensing or Postlicensing instructor in another state; or

Hold an equivalent law license with three years’ experience handling commercial or real estate transactions.
