Cashier/Accounting Technician

Part-time Positions:

CDL Program Instructor (Part-Time)

Teach proper driving procedures, safety, and regulations for operating commercial vehicles.  Instruction includes truck maintenance, defensive driving, freight handling, security and fire protection. 

Qualifications Required:

  • High School or Equivalent Degree
  • CDL –Class A License and clean motor vehicle report for the past 5 years required
  • Three Years’ Experience
  • Road Test and Drug Screening required
  • Flexible Schedule – days, nights and weekends

Real Estate Instructor (Part-Time)
Qualifications required:
• A current North Carolina real estate broker license that is not on provisional status;
• A current continuing education record;
• 60 semester hours of college-level education at an institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or any other college accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Applicants must meet all conditions and approval set forth by NCREC, including the following:

Two (2) years of active real estate brokerage experience (one year in NC), within the past 7 years; or
Three years as an instructor at a secondary or post-secondary school; or

Be an approved Pre-licensing or Post licensing instructor in another state; or

Hold an equivalent law license with three years’ experience handling commercial or real estate transactions.
