According to the North Carolina statute GS 115D-39, a non-resident of North Carolina can enjoy the North Carolina resident rate of tuition if that person works in North Carolina and their employer agrees to pay the tuition charges for  this student.  The student must complete Section I and the student's employer must complete Section II of the Request for Waiver of Non-Resident Tuition form.  All authorized signatures must be included on the form in order to be considered for this waiver.
